Harron Homes Sales Executive, Caroline Dennis, has been promoted to Senior Sales Executive in a supportive role to compliment the existing team at The Hawthornes development in Carlton near Selby.
Caroline has been a proud team member of Harron Homes since October 2018. Previously a Sales Executive she has worked across a number of Harron developments including York Vale Gardens in Howden and Hockey Croft in Boroughbridge.
This promotion is a recognition of the hard work and dedication Caroline has put into her role with Harron Homes. She was awarded the Certificate of Achievement in Customer Service in 2022 and as part of the promotion, Caroline moves to a part time position working four days a week supporting the existing team and full-time Senior Sales Executive. As well as continuing her own work in sales she now oversees the training of new starters.
Caroline said, “In addition to my existing daily duties I am looking forward to welcoming new Sales Executives to Harron Homes to share my knowledge and passion for Customer Service. We have structured processes to ensure all our visitors are welcomed to assist buyers with their property search.

Caroline places huge importance on customer service and making sure their experience with Harron Homes is always exceptional.

Our customer journey offers site visits at key stages with both the sales and site teams. It is always an exciting day when our customers arrive in our sales office to collect hard hats, high-vis jackets and boots to see where their new home will be built.”
Caroline also enjoys pursuing interests in interior design, home improvement, and realising the bigger picture of the end product of turning a house into a home.
