Harron Homes has successfully completed the purchase of a second parcel of land to commence phase two of its Shipley Lakeside development in Heanor, Derbyshire.
Work on the former American Adventure theme park is well underway with 172 Harron homes currently being built on phase one.
Phase two is based on the other side of the lake, where the Log Flume and Runaway Mine Train rides once were. Harron has purchased all 5.7 acres of this plot with plans to build a further 60 stunning lakeside homes, making a total 232 homes across the 40 acre development.
Benefitting from stunning lakeside views and acres of nature trails in the onsite country park, Harron’s current selection of two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom homes boast contemporary classic features and exceptional attention to detail throughout which can be seen in the phase one showhome complex.
