    238 new homes set to rejuvenate disused site in Barnsley

    Harron Homes Yorkshire has received planning permission from Barnsley Metropolitan Council to transform a disused brownfield site on Bleachcroft Way in Barnsley, South Yorkshire with 238 luxury homes on the development called Nevison’s Fold. The development will deliver a mix of two-, three- and four-bedroom homes all with electric car charging points and will feature green open spaces with a LEAP (Locally Equipped Area for Play), a pocket park, footpaths, wildlife habitats and improved woodland.     Harron Homes acquires second parcel of land at Rossington regeneration site

    Harron Homes has recently acquired a second parcel of land to continue the regeneration of Rossington Colliery in Doncaster.   Harron’s first development on the scheme, called Heatherfields, launched in 2017 and now Harron expects to bring a further 105 homes on its second development called De Maulay Manor.     This Christmas both our Morley and Barlborough offices wore their festive jumpers and raised a brilliant £240 between them. The funds will be divided between Children with Cancer UK and Save the Children. Every day more than 12 children and young people are diagnosed with cancer in the UK and is still the most common medical cause of death in children and young people.
