Harron Homes has successfully completed the purchase of a second parcel of land to commence phase two of its Shipley Lakeside development in Heanor, Derbyshire.   Work on the former American Adventure theme park is well underway with 172 Harron homes currently being built on phase one.   Phase two is based on the other side of the lake, where the Log Flume and Runaway Mine Train rides once were. Housebuilder provides Nottinghamshire apprentice with skills for life

To mark National Apprenticeship Week 2023 (6th-12th February), we are celebrating its newest Quantity Surveyor Apprentice, Matthew Hyde from Nottingham, whose past few months at Harron have equipped him with important skills for life.   Matt’s apprenticeship at Harron Homes, which he began in September, is a ‘day-release programme’, consisting of a three-year course with one day per week spent in formal training for his Higher National Certificate in Construction and the Built Environment at Nottingham College in Basford. 238 new homes set to rejuvenate disused site in Barnsley

Harron Homes Yorkshire has received planning permission from Barnsley Metropolitan Council to transform a disused brownfield site on Bleachcroft Way in Barnsley, South Yorkshire with 238 luxury homes on the development called Nevison’s Fold. Harron Homes acquires second parcel of land at Rossington regeneration site

Harron Homes has recently acquired a second parcel of land to continue the regeneration of Rossington Colliery in Doncaster.   Harron’s first development on the scheme, called Heatherfields, launched in 2017 and now Harron expects to bring a further 105 homes on its second development called De Maulay Manor.
