At Harron we’re always eager to support the local wildlife around our developments, and to mark National Hedgehog week we donated £250 to various hedgehog shelters close to our developments. Every year in Britain we celebrate National Hedgehog week in order to help raise awareness of the danger and difficulty facing one of the nation’s most popular animals. We recently sponsored an Elvis tribute night held in aid of Chairman’s Appeal for Ashgate Hospice in Chesterfield on Saturday 12th March. Councillor Martin Thacker, Chairman of Northeast Derbyshire District Council, has been fundraising for the hospice since he was appointed to the role of Chairman in April 2021.
