The Yorkshire regional office, based in Leeds, of luxury housing developer Harron Homes Yorkshire has appointed Peter Barraclough-Smith as its new Technical Director. Peter cut his teeth working on building sites over the summer from as young as 13 years of age, before commencing a bricklaying apprenticeship. After completing the apprenticeship and continuing his studies to higher education, he started as a trainee design engineer at Wilcon Homes. Housebuilder helps Nottinghamshire hedgehogs

As part of Harron Homes’ ongoing commitment to wildlife at its developments, the housebuilder has donated £200 to Retford hedgehog sanctuary, 7th Heaven Hedgehog Rescue. One of the hedgehogs being looked after by Sue at 7th Heaven Sanctuary, Retford.
