    Big savings for house buyers

    The recent changes to Stamp Duty mean new house purchasers will be thousands of pounds better off. With 0% Stamp Duty to pay on homes up to £500,000, Harron home purchasers can expect to pay nothing, saving thousands to go towards a larger deposit, a stunning interior, or perhaps a luxury getaway. The average saving will be £4,400 per property according to calculations by the Centre for Economics and Business Research (CEBR), and applies to all houses completed before 31st March 2021.     As this year’s nationwide Big Butterfly Count starts this week (Friday 17th July), we've joined forces with Butterfly Conservation to demonstrate its commitment to the promotion of wildlife at its developments. Working together with Butterfly Conservation will mean that our new developments will follow bespoke planting and landscaping guidance designed to encourage butterflies and other wildlife.
