Business woman and mother of two Sadie Oliver fell in love with Harron Homes’ Cressacre Green development in Harlington after attending the recent showhome launch. Impressed by the quality of the homes, the family reserved a new home that very day.
Sadie, 36, and her husband and business partner Tom, 39, had been on the hunt for a larger home which could accommodate both their growing family and Tom’s engineering business. With two children – Finn, aged 12, and Lori, aged five – and Jess, the family’s miniature sausage dog, the couple had started to feel like their old property was bursting at the seams, especially when their growing business started to demand more home office space.
“We were already looking in the area when I saw Cressacre Green was hosting an event,” Sadie said, “The atmosphere was friendly and I was immediately made to feel welcome by the lovely sales team, especially Bronte, Jane and Ellie, who were also brilliant with the kids and who really went above and beyond to help us. We even got strawberries and champagne since we reserved on the day.
“While the sales team were chatting through the different homes on offer, the Langford caught my eye and just seemed the perfect choice for my family.”
As part of the event Sadie was given a tour around the onsite showhome;
“Exploring the Bayford showhome, which is similar to the Langford, definitely clinched it for me. I surprised myself, as normally I prefer older properties, but I absolutely fell in love with the luxury quality of the new build. Also, having the options to choose the final touches like wall colour and kitchen cabinets was a lovely bonus. Normally you’d expect to have less choice, so having a clean slate to personalise was so refreshing.”

We’ll also have a bigger garden which our dog, Jess, will be happy about and being right on the doorstep to the countryside is just a dream. I’m glad I went to the showhome launch and saw the site in person, it was an amazing experience, and I highly recommend Harron Homes to others. We are very excited to move in next year.”
