We are delighted to announce the recent appointment of Sales Manager Claire Gibbins, a new resident to the Derbyshire area who will be bringing a wealth of experience in sales and project management to her role overseeing our developments in South Yorkshire, Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire.
With an extensive background in sales and project management at various housebuilders over the past nine years, Claire, from Surrey, is looking forward to calling on her extensive experience to make purchasing a home as smooth and rewarding as possible.
“I’ve been at Harron Homes for only a short time, but I feel settled in already,” says Claire. “The Harron team is an absolute pleasure to work with.
“One of the best things about the company is how diligently each department attends to their respective jobs. So much care goes into the work at each stage, from the hiring of subcontractors, through the on-site building process itself, to the sales and customer experience, to the aftercare. You can rely on everyone to do their bit.
“Because I know that these homes have been designed to the very highest quality, I can do my job as Sales Manager with natural confidence and enthusiasm.
“It is an incredibly rewarding job. Watching a couple or a family walk around the homes and seeing their faces light up as they move from room to room is wonderful.
“My favourite thing is seeing a buyer reserve a home; the sheer excitement on their faces as they lock in their reservation, or as they’re told about one of our helpful buyers schemes, is a lovely thing to witness.
“I have past experience as a Sales Adviser, a Project Manager, a Sales Director and a Sales Manager, so I can bring multiple perspectives to bear upon my work here at Harron. There’s a very close-knit community here; having a keen sense of what each role and department needs at each stage of the planning and build process is crucial in ensuring everyone at Harron works to the very best of their ability.
“There’s a great mixture of work in the office and work on site at our lovely developments. My duties involve ensuring the developments look as good as possible, while also making sure our Sales Executives have everything, they need to deliver high-quality customer experience.
Covering our developments Wyndthorpe Chase, Bilsthorpe Chase, Brierley Heath and Shipley Lakeside, Claire Gibbins has recently moved to the Derbyshire area herself.
“The people here are lovely, very friendly and chatty. It’s a beautiful area, and is so close to the peak district, which offers a range of options for rural weekend walks and adventures.
