Harron Homes Sales Executive, Michelle Ellis, has been awarded Sales Executive of the Year at Harron’s Annual Seminar in recognition of her hard work and excellent customer service.
Michelle has been in the house building industry for 25 years and joined Harron in September 2020 as a Sales Executive at its Thoresby Vale development in Edwinstowe. With a passion for customer service, Michelle excels when helping her customers through the entirety of their house buying journey.
Michelle said, “I love meeting new people and getting to know their story. Being part of customers’ home buying experience is wonderful for me. Helping make their dreams become a reality is rewarding in and of itself.
“I stay in touch with many of my customers who still come in for a good chat. I really want my customers to feel valued.”
While attending Harron Homes’ Annual Seminar, Michelle was completely unaware she had been shortlisted for the award.
“It was a lovely surprise. I’m utterly overwhelmed and grateful for this award. I have to thank my fantastic team here at Thoresby Vale too. Our site manager here, Niall Gibson, won the NHBC Pride in the job award in 2022. It’s really a testament to how we all strive for the best experience for our customers.
“I believe the after-care is just as important as helping the customers buy. Weekly check-ins with my customers mean I can keep up to date with how their move is going and answer any queries they might have in a timely manner.”
