Site Managers David Armitage and Paul Armes have both received their NHBC Pride in the Job Quality awards, at the East England award ceremony in Leicester today, 6th October.
Both have been recognised for the high standards maintained on their sites; The Brambles in Retford where Paul works, and Simpson Park in Doncaster which David has been managing.
The Pride in the Job awards is one of the most highly regarded competitions in the industry, showcasing best practice and rewarding excellence.
David and Paul were delighted to attend the awards and celebrate their success with the team, crediting their success to the great site teams working together.
John Booth, Managing Director at Harron Homes North Midlands said, “We’re incredibly proud of Paul and David; both awards are very well deserved.
“A lot of effort goes into building every Harron home to the highest quality, and I would like to thank the whole Harron team as we know our successes would not be possible without the great team spirit we have here.”
Commenting on the awards, Steve Wood, CEO at NHBC said: “Congratulations to all the winners who should feel proud to have received a Pride in the Job Award. Pride in the Job is firmly at the heart of NHBC’s mission to raise standards in the housing industry. It is important we recognise the vital role site managers play in ensuring new homes are delivered on time, on safe sites and to exacting construction quality standards. This accolade recognises the best site managers across the UK and celebrates how much Paul and David have inspired their teams by going the extra mile to deliver homes of the highest quality.”
